Terms of use and conditions

These "Terms and Conditions" have been developed to regulate the relationship between the company Larionov Clothing Manufacture Ltd. (hereinafter "Slava Larionov", "we", "our", etc.) and the visitor ("buyer", "you", etc.) who uses our "online shop" (slavalarionov.com, "site") to place an order or to obtain other information.

Changes to the "Terms" may be made without prior notice to the "User". These "Terms" are current on the day of viewing. Information about the most recent changes can be found at the end of this document.

1.1 The trademark "Slava Larionov", the content of the online shop slavalarionov.com, including the design of the website itself, texts, product photos, (all together called "Content"), the logo of the brand "Slava Larionov", which is a registered trademark, owned or controlled by the company OOO "Sewing Manufactory "Larionov" and protected by copyright law (Russian Civil Code, part 4).
1.2. Copying materials from this site without written permission of the company is prohibited. You also may not change or delete our copyrights from photos or other materials. The use of trademarks presented on this site is strictly prohibited.

2.1. By ordering, subscribing or registering to the site, you warrant that you have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions;
2.2. By placing an order in our online store you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or you plan to place an order under the supervision of a parent or guardian;
2.3. You guarantee to provide us with correct data containing your name, e-mail address, telephone number and shipping address, which we will need when working with your order;
2.4 You also give us your consent to process your "Personal Data" in order for us to fully perform our services. You can see the terms and conditions of processing your "Personal Data" in a special section;
2.5. An order placed by you will be deemed accepted and will only comply with the delivery terms after confirmation by the manager of our online shop of the availability of goods in stock or the possibility to produce such goods, as well as the availability of the conditions for delivery;
2.6. After confirming your order, we will continue to inform you by e-mail about its status;
2.7. If it is impossible to deliver your order on time or if the goods are not in our warehouse, we will notify you about it and try to offer options to solve the situation;
2.8. Orders are processed by us on weekdays from 9 to 23 hours.

3.1. All prices on our site are final.
3.2. Follow simple steps when placing your order:

3.4 While in the "Cart", check the composition of your order, the size and color of the product, as well as other data, put a mark in the field to agree with our "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy", and then continue by clicking "Pay by PayPal";

Import custom charges aren't included in the price.
Depending on the payment method, follow the instructions below;
You will be sent a confirmation of your order by e-mail, which you specified in your order, as well as a call from our manager.

4.1 We carry out worldwide delivery of orders according to the tariffs in the section "Delivery".
4.2 Orders placed on Friday after 6 p.m. or on a day off will be processed only the next working day;
4.3 Delivery is a separate service, which is carried out by a courier service, and therefore the cost of delivery is always paid, regardless of whether the product is suitable for you or you decide to reject it in the presence of a courier;
4.4. With each order, if it is provided by the delivery service itself, we send you a tracking number for self tracking parcel after sending the order;
4.5. When delivering outside of the Russian Federation, you should find out about possible customs duties yourself;
4.6 The goods are shipped in their original packaging;
4.7 We may have problems with delivery to remote and difficult to reach places. This may result in a significant increase in delivery costs and delivery time. If this situation arises, we will contact you.
4.8 If you are not satisfied with the delivery service, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that this does not happen again.

We accept payment:
- online via electronic payment systems PayPal.

The site slavalarionov.com doesn't make payments itself and doesn't keep information about them, but only redirects the user to a special payment form via payment systems PayPal.

All payments are made through an encrypted and secure connection to the payment systems with which we have service agreements. You can read more about the security of your payments on the sites of these systems.

6.1 The guarantee for our products is 1 year from the date of purchase;
6.2 All our products are manufactured in Russia;
6.4 All our products are handmade, so some imperfections are possible. Please let us know if you think this is your case;
6.5 The service life is not limited. Shelf life is not limited.

7.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
7.2 Before returning your purchase, make sure that the product is in exactly the same condition as on the day of purchase, i.e. no damage or other signs of use, and you have the opportunity to confirm your purchase.
7.3 Upon receipt of the product we will have 7 to 30 days to refund your account if the product was paid for by cashless method. Refunds of electronic payments are made within 3-7 working days.
7.4 Please note that the refund will exclude the cost of delivery service, which will be considered to be fully performed by us.

8.1. The colour of the products in the photographs on this site may differ from the colour of the original products. Our products are photographed in bright daylight, followed by color correction, which affects the difference between the product on the screen and the actual product. In addition, differences may occur due to the settings on your monitor;
8.2. We cannot guarantee absolute accuracy in colour and texture between our products, because we work with high-grade leathers which are subject to minor external processing and therefore may differ slightly in shade in the same batch. This already depends on its individual characteristics at the time of manufacture;
8.3. We are not responsible for the misuse of our products or for violations of the basic conditions of product care. The optimum allowable weight for carrying in our bags and backpacks is specified in the description for each such product;
8.4. We do not guarantee the accuracy of delivery time of courier or postal shipments, or the loss of your orders. Our responsibility ends when the goods are shipped out of stock. If you have any problems with receiving your order, please write to us immediately;
8.5. If we have any reason to do so or if we see indications of an order being false, we may refuse to place such an order;
8.6. The price of the site may change at any time without prior notice. The actual price of the order is the price at the time of placing the order;
8.7. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or remove any product or edit any material in any section of our website at any time without prior notice;
8.8. We are not responsible for the operation, content, or any damage that may be caused to you by third party sites linked to our site.
8.9. We are not responsible for additional fees charged by payment systems. Please calculate the full price of your order yourself, taking into account the commission of your chosen payment system;
8.10. We are also not responsible for fraudulent transactions or attacks on payment systems and websites of our other partners;
8.11. We cannot guarantee the safety of your data if our site is attacked by intruders;
8.12. We cannot accept any responsibility for anyone else's loss or use of your gift card or promotional code;
8.13. We can't guarantee you exact lead times.

9.1. The information you provide on this site is governed by our "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of these "Terms" and also governs the terms of use of this site.
